I did get the dental insurance after all, but I'll have to wait until the 1st of June before it becomes active. In the meantime I've been taking orderless garlic capsules to treat the infection. It really is a good alternative to penicillin. It seemed to clear up the sore gums 100%. Still It feels sensitive to hot stuff like coffee. Probably the nerves are exposed. Thanks Wendy. An untreated abscess could turn into some really serious problems. I know of two people that had the infection spread. Not to scare you but one of them ended up having to have heart surgery at only 35 all because of a tooth infection he ignored too long!!! I hope you get good dental insurance, what you pay for health insurance through work is usually well worth the price believe me. You should really get that checked out.
